Thank you everyone for following me! I’ve had this blog for about 6 months now, and I passed over 100 followers yesterday! Shout out to my 100th follower violetfra! Thanks! :D
P.S. The response to my Spongebob manicure is crazy! So thanks for that, too!
Avengers nails! :D Last year, when the movie was just coming out, I wanted to do them so bad, but I didn’t have the resources (aka brushes) or skills, so I didn’t do them. But I finally did them! If you’re curious about any of the polishes, feel free to ask me!
I’ve got another Born Pretty Store product review! This is for their wax pencil rhinestone pickers. They come unsharpened, but as long as you have a pencil sharpener, it’s not a big deal. These are really easy to use. You can see in the gifs that they pick up rhinestones really well and don’t fall off. They’re certainly better than tweezers because you don’t have to worry about the tweezer tips getting in the wet polish on your nail. If you are really into 3D nail art, I would definitely recommend you get these. And finally, my 10% off code for the store is UJL91. Enter it when you checkout and get 10% off your order! Yay!
Drug store/Target haul! Whoo! I got these on Friday. I haven’t gotten a large amount of polishes in one time in a while so it felt pretty good getting these! :D I got most of these at Walgreens, but I’m pretty sure you can get all of these except the Wet n Wilds at Target.
In order from top left to bottom right:
Wet n Wild Ferguson Crest Syrah
Wet n Wild Glamorous
Sally Hansen Sonic Bloom
Sally Hansen Strobe Light
Sinful Colors Calypso (This is actually a dark green)
Sinful Colors Let’s Meet
Sinful Colors Endless Blue
Sinful Colors Dream On
Sinful Colors Easy Going
Sinful Colors Beverly Hills
Here’s another swatch! This one is of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri’s Sonic Bloom. I recently got this at Target, and I really like it! It’s that perfect, bright, summer pink for me because it’s on the edge of a neon pink/red. This picture doesn’t do a great job of showing that.. but trust me, it does!
Here’s a swatch of China Glaze’s Long Kiss, what I wore under the flocking powder from Born Pretty Store. You can see my review of the flocking powder here.
